We have shown our approval by subscribing 100 per cent. Again this year The Times received the highest awards possible in the national contests, NSPA, CSPA, and Quill and Scroll, and in the state contests. The Times is now twenty-six years old, during which time it has maintained the highest ranlc in the country.
