A hand consisting of six memlmers, without uniforms, but full of pluck and perseverance, suifered many hardships lay doing their hit for the support of the team. This six-piece hand played at all the athletic contests. They were jeered and mocked at lay the spectators, lrut they-Q were in Band eliminations, thirty-five members were left. The old faithfulsu felt pretty proud that they could say that they started the band. This year the band is fifty members strong. Mr. john L. Verwiere is the handmaster.
