UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSIIIPS Five State Scholarships are awarded each county annually for each assembly district therein. Each such scholarships shall entitle the holder thereof to the sum of one hundred dollars for each year which he is in attendance upon an approved college in this state during a period of four years.
