Principal . . . Xu- 'Dix it ROBERT L. FLEMING South High is honored to have Mr. Robert L. Fleming as principal. He came to South in 1915 as a teacher, in 1927 was made assistant principal, and in 1938 became principal. He attended Ohio Wesleyan and received his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from Ohio State. Mr. Fleming is always ready to help anyone he can, and keeps things running smoothly. He displays a marvelous sense of humor. We're all proud to have Mr. Fleming as our principal and hope he'll have many more successful years. -'El Page Six B+

Assistant Principal . . . Mr. Harry W. Carlson, our assistant principal and Dean of Boys, has been guiding and counseling at South High for four years. He is well equipped for this work with a background of Upsula College, Univer- sity of Pittsburgh, and Ohio State University. Before coming to South, he taught at East and Chaney High Schools, and was assistant principal at James Hillman Jr. High.
