The purpose of the Student Council shall be to participate with the principal in the leadership of the student body, to exercise powers delegated by the principal, and to promote the general welfare of the school, in all matters pertaining to the good behavior of the student body, the beautification of the building and campus, and the development of the morale of the school as a whole.
