JUNIORS MESSAGE To the members of the Senior Class: Our unbounded gratitude for your cooperation throughout the year and for your interest in all that has pertained to our school. ln l959 the need of a blueprint for living was more apparent than at any previous time. We are living today what will be history of tomorrow, and whether we wish it or not, our influence is tilting the balance of fate for or against us. To assure the balance in the right direction, it becomes necessary for us to make detinite decisions. Plato said Life unexamined is not worth living . We are urging you to become a persistent examiner of lite, habitually inquisitive, so that you may prepare a functional philosophy for daily living. We do not refer to the type of surface questioning that breeds only cynicism, but to deep in- tellectual curiosity directed toward understanding what is and preparing for what ought to be.
