PDX: VAN GASTEL, H U BERT Van has made a name for himsell at S. F., with his tall lankiness and smooth line which is well known. Van's friendly grin is welcome wherever da lellas gather: or with his numerous friends. WALLACE, DOUGLAS Douglas is the short guy with the blue eyes and enqaqs ing grin. He's a streak on the basketball court and full ot pep whenever you meet him. His comic cheerlead- ing is well known throughout South Fork, and he will be among those who will be missed. WANNAMAKER, CARL Called Carlos by his Spanish ll pals this -shy fellow may be seen around S. F. any time. His debatinq ability and natural talents in book learning and sports, mark him as an all round CUB. WEBSTER. DAREN Ambition and determination have led Web to success at S. F. Debating and basketball are his maior diver' sions, and he claims band and Yvonne M. are his other two vocations. ENGELHARDT, PAUL A tall, good-looking, shy quy with pretty eyes and an engaging rin. Though he will not qraduate until Jan- uary, l95l, we are proud to include him as a Senior with us this year. PARKS, JIM New to South Fork, this shy and quiet quy has made a host of friends in this short duration. Liyinq way out at Briceland doesn't keep this lad from coming to school activities. Welcome in any crowd. FOULlS, PHYLIS Pert redhead, transferred from Leggett Valley toward the end of this year. Good student and lots of fun defines this gal. NOT PICTU RED PONTS. DONALD Transterred from Potter Valley to South Fork, this dark- headed boy is already well known. He is on his toes in classes and basketball, and may be seen anywhere in that new Hudson.

NIANNIE: Mannie's years al Soulh Fork have eslablished him as lhe guy wilh The comic laughs. The drums are his main inferesl and he may be heard any lime giving iorlh wilh rhe Rubira version of Gene Krupa. SLAGLE. BETTY: A lop alhlele and a winner of friends. Berly is known fhrouqhouf Qhe school. Wifh her Model A and hos? of friends she is ready lo do or die for Soulh Fork High and all her pals. SMITH, CLARENCE: Ou? oi rhe service and back af Soufh Fork, Smitry has made himself popular wirh lhe gals and fellas, A keen baskelball player, Clarence has made many poinls for the home leam. TOTTEN. LORETTA: Shy and quief, Lorefta is known among her friends as a very personal gal. She's fall and dark and has a bewifching way wifh a needle and fhread. Lorel- la will long be remembered for her quiet serenily. TRAPIER. BILL: Smarl in sciences, and willy wifh ialk, Bill has made a place for himself among the class of '50, He has a wicked lennis serve, and wirhouf a doubt Bill was cu? ouf for lhis sporr or vice-versa.
