FOREWORD As the sands of time hurriedly sift through the hour glass, another fleeting school year comes to a close. If we stop for just a moment to © reflect upon the years' events we will begin to Smile as many exciting remembrances come to mind. Time seems to wipe away the hurt of unhappy experiences --the disappointment of a low grade, the endless homework on the night of the big game, or the unexcused mark on a late slip--and brightens the good ex- periences all the more. This years' MARINER has tried to bring all the important happenings of the year into the foreground. I personally would like to thank all the mem- bers of this years cooperative, hard-working, MARINER STAFF and pledge our joint appre- ciation to all who have contributed in any way to our publication.
