Board of Regents The members of the Board of Regents, from left to right: Eric Heidepriem, Custerg Y. Berry, McLaughlin, Mrs. Harry T. Dory, Watertown, Frank Cundill, Isabel, and President E. M. Mumford, Howard. But first a word about administra- tion. The policies of the South Dakota edu- cational institutions, including South Dakota State College, are guided by a five-member Board of Regents, pic- tured above. And chances are the Board of Regents had a hand in every one of 'em. By the Way, the Boardthas prestige, too. You see, one of its members, E. Y. Berry of McLaughlin, is a member of the U. S. House of Representatives, and right now he's doing his duty in Wash- ington, D. C.
