Class Will We. the Senior Class of 1977, town of Spartanburg, County of Spartanburg, State of South Carolina. this first day of June, 1977, being of sound mind and body, do hereby make. publish and declare this our last will and testament as follows: We leave to Mr. Walker a carload of flowering plants so he can continue to have the most beautiful campus in the state. , We leave to Dr. Gallagher our apprecia- tion for his successful efforts to learn the sign language. We leave to Mr. Millard a nice, long summer vacation so he will be refreshed when the next crop of students arrive in the fall. We leave to Mr. Dowling a bottle of aspirin to clear up his headache from keeping track of money collected from the seniors. We leave to Mr. Hartnett energy pills so he can stay on the ball and in that way become slender. We leave to Mrs. Lamm a small bug', and a chauffeur for her many necessary trips to and from Memminger Hall. We return to Mrs. Simmons the smiles and Thank Yousli We leave to Ms. Greenway our caps so she can always remember us. We leave to Mr. Spooner additional money for the food budget so he can splurge on the meals. We leave to Chaplain Bremer our ap- preciation for praying before each game. We leave to Mrs. Barnes a button on her desk which will cause the overhead lights to flash and thereby call her students' attention. I, Jean Bazen, leave to Darlene Johnson my dressmaking ability. I, Donna Brandt, leave to Shirley Jackson my experience in cheerleading. . I, Chuck Everett, leave to Jerry Moore my passion for anything to do with cars. I, Teresa Hardee, leave my love for cook- ing pizzas to Pakeather Kitt. I, Dennis Jacques, leave to LeRance Hall my knowledge of famous sports per- sonalities. I, Donald Jones, leave to the next editor all the problems connected with editing the annual. I, Judy Jones, leave my weakness for fish to Sherri Moon. I, Henry Morrison, leave my good exam- ple to Billy Slaughter. I, Tommy Smith, leave my weakness for women to Dale Smith. I, Abe Prioleau, leave to Douglas Ste- phens my prowess on the basketball court. I, Calvin Steele, leave my ability to make up stories about space to Alan Arnett in hopes that he will enjoy doing it as much as I did.
