Class Prophecy Soon after graduation, Calvin Steelie started construction on his space ship. By the time of the reunion ten years later, he in- vited his class on a fantastic trip to Mars to see the sights. Enroute to Mars, the Class of 1977 reminisced about what had happened since graduation. Calvin made note of what was said and sent to all his friends here to share. Jean Bazen now is married and con- tinues to live in Georgetown with her hus- band and two f2i pretty children. She works in the office of the air-conditioning and heating plant where her husband is the installer. Donna Brandt, who has always worn her clothes so beautifully, has worked her way up the ladder to become an outstanding fashion model for Glamour magazine. She has become the first deaf lady to accomplish this feat, by the way. Immediately upon graduation, Chuck Everett became a mechanic for the Greer Dragstrip. With the money earned, he bought his own superdrag and entered quite a few races in the Southeast. He boasted of be- coming an escape artist. Teresa Hardee and her husband own a famous hamburger-pizza chain. She still loves to fix pizzas and keeps her family of five UD children well fed. They have been so suc- cessful that they plan to purchase the Bilt- more House in Asheville, North Carolina, as a sideline interest. Dennis Jacques is the ambitious owner of a movie company based in Hollywood, Califor- nia. He hires only deaf actors and actresses and directs the movies himself. He is becom- ing quite successful, we understand. Tommy Smith now has his own modeling studio and is constantly surrounded by pretty women. After graduation, Donald Jones landed a job with a printing company in Virginia. He has worked hard and finally bought out the company and is now the proud owner of the Jones Printing Company. His wife and two children are immensely proud! Henry Morrison has married Judy Jones, who else? They are living in a lovely house in Richmond, Virginia, with their two child- ren. Henry is an electrical engineer with the Virginia Power and Light Company and Judy is the owner of Morrison Sewing lndustry. Abe Prioleau, still the same lively person, is married to a beautiful girl from California. He now owns Prioleau Electric Company and is doing well. l, Calvin Steele, am still, of course, think- ing of UFO's and space travels. Scientists seek my advice which delights me. By the way, girls, l'm still a bachelor! Do You Remember The time Jean Bazen squashed Abe Prioleau's cheese and bologna sandwich in retaliation for one of his pranks? The time Donna Brandt won a Halloween prize for parading around like a toddler? How often Chuck Everett would come to class late but always with a good excuse each time? How Teresa Hardee loved to flirt with Mr. Carroll Painter? The time Dennis Jacques hid in the photo dark room to catch a nap and Mr. Hartnett poured cold water on his face? The way Donald Jones thought of him- self as a cat because his eyes ttshone in the dark? How Judy Jones used to t'fight with Henry Morrison? i How shocked Mrs. Barnes was when she saw Henry Morrison sucking on a lollipop in Senior English? How Abe Prioleau loved to hug Mrs. Petty and Mrs. Barnes? The day Calvin Steele fell backwards in his desk while he was asleep in Mr. Ayers' class? How Tommy loved to hug all the pretty girls who passed by and said, t'Wow! ?
