SOUTH CAROLINA still managed some holiday cheer by holding a Christmas Celebration Service on Christmas Eve. Organized by Chaplain LT Darryl Person, the Gala event featured singing by the newly organized SOUTH CAROLINA Tabernacle Choir. Scripture read- ings. and special music by an array ofsliips musicians. After the event, Christmas refreshments were served on the mess decks. An assortment of freshly baked Christmas cookies were provided by the cooks of Supply Department. As the crew ehowed down on the refreshments, they were able to view the exquisite ginger bread village created by MS2 James Taylor.
