The Projectionist Club serves the school in the operation of all types of Audio-visual equip- ment. The members meet in a separate advisory group every morning under the very capable sponsorship of Mr. Lyon and Miss Rowan. Here, schedules are made out according to teacher's requests for service, training of new members is initiated and organized. service tests are scheduled and the usual work of an advisory group is carried on. During the spring term the Projectionists trained 12 new members. Members must maintain grades ot M or above. in order to receive service assignments. Sounds like these come from the Del-Mar lanes every time the Soldan-Bleweti Girls' Bowling Club is in session. The club has been reorganized under the sponsor- ship ol Miss Iefiords and Miss Boerjesson. The membership consists of thirty-two girls, who are then divided into teams of four girls each. The teams have different names, some of which ore: The Gutter Girls. The Alley Cats, and The Strikers. The Club is proud of its bulletin board in the first floor corridor which posts the five highest averages on the club, cartoons. and pictures of the girls. This term officers are, Maedeen Gosnell. president: Shirley Green. secretary, and Eileen Fanning. treasurer. The girls have set the pace by organ- izing the only bowling club in Soldan-Blewett.

Klingler. 12. cm jafflrm unites sportsminded girls in an organization The Girls' Pep Club. now under the able spon- sorship ot Miss Amend and Miss Forsythe, which promotes school spirit and enthusiastic backing for our athletic teams. FULLER PEP Through hard work and expert salesmariship. the girls oi the Pep Club sold enough school pencils to be able to present a beautiful new maroon and gold banner to the school. After the presentation ot this banner, the student body reacted in a unified spirit. Freshmen girls are welcomed to Soldan-Blewett by a Pep Club party given to make them feel at home and among friends. Another panty is given each term in honor of the lettermen in interscholastic sports. The members of Pep Club enjoy planning such parties. making new friends. and helping the school in every possible way. liiqhty-eiqht
