Bertha Bass did quite a bit of roaming for her first three years at Southwestern Bible Cojlege. She finally settled on Gene Arnold to whom she was married following her graduation. Bertha now provides the music for Gene’s Evangelistic Crusades. She and their two sets of twins travel with him. George Gleason, President of the world-famous “Dog Catchers Association.” He later married a cat fancier and they opened a large kennel in Boston. Massachusetts. The Gleasons also have five little puppy lovers. We sincerely hope you have enjoyed looking into the future careers of the Seniors of 1955. CLASS WILLS Shirley Prangley wills her vast collection of chewing gum to Mrs. Bruce. Beverly G. wills her good humor to Mr. Hedburg. Margaret G. wills her wonderful driving skill to Mr. Brunelli. Merle R. wills his freckles to Jean Ann Pierce. Don Vondy wills his 29” waist to Mr. Klein. Bertha Bass wills her blond hair to Timmy Arroyo. Loretta H. wills her basketball ability to John Gilmer. Joann D. wills her long hair to Donna Prangley. Shirley B. wills her good set of teeth to Janice Bailey. Ellis T. wills his ability to attract girls to Billy Beck. Stanley W. wills his black hair to Marshall Summers. George C. wills his statue to Billy Tompkins. We the Seniors of ’55 will our scholastic ability to the oncoming Seniors of S.H.S. We the Seniors of ’55 will our debts to the oncoming Seniors.

CLASS PROPHECY We now take a look into the future careers of the Seniors of 1955. Now to take a look into the year 1965. Our quaint Shirley Becker had quite a hard time making up her mind as to what she wanted to do. She went to the Southwestern Bible College for two years, but finally decided to put her home economics to work. Shirley and Ellis were married and now live in Key West, Florida with their two children. Don Vondy attended Stanford University in Palo-Alto, California where he received his degree for Doctor of Medicine. He and the former Bea Lake were married. They now reside in San Francisco, California where they are now raising their two little honey-bea’s. Loretta Held finally met up with her Johnny three years after she graduated from S.H.S. Johnny and Loretta were married while he was on furlough. They now live on a 360 Acre ranch in New Mexico where they are raising their little boy. Ellis decided to attend Southwestern Bible College after he graduated from Snyder High School. He and Shirley were married upon his graduation from the College. They now live in Key West, Florida where he is acting as a Pastorate. Joann De Gryse went to Denver to work for the Prudential Life Insurance Company fol lowing her graduation from Snyder High. She has now risen to executive secretary of the company and resides in Washington, D. C. Joann is one of the favorite dates of the popular young Senators. The dashing, young bachelor, Stanley Walter, became a test driver for Ford Motor Com- pany upon his graduation from high school. Every time he steps from his bright red Ford Convertible the girls come flocking, but he can’t see any except his favorite three. Beverly Ginther began her nurse’s training at Eben-Ezer Hospital by working as a nurses aide. She later attended St. Lukes College in Denver and is now head nurse at the Mayo Brothers Clinic. Bev also acts as special nurse to her husband and their three children. Merle Ramsey attended the Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs after his departure from S.H.S. He advanced so quickly that he is now a popular professor there. In spite of this trying position he still retains his bright red hair. Shirley Prangle is now a popular model for Powers Agency in New York City. Shirley has considered several proposals from local playboys and millionaires, but has never married. Her modeling career is the main attraction of her life, as yet!
