Dean of Infraction Dr. Leonard S. Duncan Everyone wants to amount to something in the eyes of someone. No one finds pleasure in being a failure. I think that if I could live my life over again, I would spend less time pointing out to others their faults, their weaknesses; I would spend more time finding something to commend in each of my pupils, and in seeing to it that those words of commendation actually are delivered.
