A cheerful smile is one of the characteristics that will help Doris realize her ambition to become a salesgirl, Dancing, hiking, and roller-skating are Doris's pastimes. Mickey , as her friends call her, spends much of her time dancing, playing basketball, and roller skating, all of which she does well.
