Fine rallies, spirited yells and songs, and goal posts decorated in green and white were only a few of the activities of this busy committee. Through the help of the Songleaders and Yell Leaders, the singing of our alma mater after each game was made a tradition. The Three Cheers under their head, Nanci Mulloney, gave the Rally Committee its oomph. The pre-Volleio rally was so inspirational that the varsity basketball team came home with the league championship. The committee followed up the victory with an impromptu post-game rallythe next day. One of the goals of the Spring Rally Committee was to afford recognition to the spring sports: basketball, swimming, tennis, track, golf, and baseball. Because of the interest and work of the committee, these sports were given the glory they deserved .
