CLASS PROPHECY Since we are writing this prophecy we'll have to change the times a bit and take you up to 1969 to our class reunion. Now the dawn of the day of our reunion is breaking and we're so excited about see- ing our old classmates! Here comes one now! Well it's the former Phyllis Masters and her husband Terence Gillett. Phyllis and Terence now own the world's largest synthetic potato factory and have thirteen kids to help them run it. Phyllis tells that the former Kittie Sykora and her husband La'v'erne Hanley should be here soon. There they are! With them are their three wee ones. LaVerne is the noted scientist who brought about the building of the new space station four miles out of Mars. He and Kittie are going to move there as soon as they get their passports. As we go hurrying down the street, we see a huge neon sign which belongs to the one and only Hall Cab Company. We find that it is owned by the great Mavis Hall, who owns the world-wide cab company. Mavis tells us that her e ngage me nt to Junior King was announced on the front page of the NEW YORK TIMES last Wednesday. Mavis said that she had seen Julie and Allen Ellicott last week. They run a thousand head of registered I-lerefords on their large one acre ranch just out of Fort Collins, Colorado. We also hear that there are four li'l Ellicotts to keep the ranch booming. We're sorry that Julie could- n't attend our reunion, but she had to stay home and doctor her pet Hereford who has the chickenpox. We're sorry that our former classmate Paul Atchison could not be with us today, but he is appearing at the Flamingo Club in Las Vegas and he's making a bigger hit than Elvis Presley did back in the '50's. His wife, the former Lois Wasserburger, is a cig- arette girl at the club. The well-known quadrillionaire, Lloyd J. P. Dunn, owns the Fla- mingo and every other night club in Nevada. Lloyd has adopted the playboy pattern of just money and women. Now we see Miss Phyllis Wasserburger who won her fame in the movies. Per- haps you've heard of her. Her screen name is Bridgette Bardot. While waiting for the rest, we glance out the door and we see Sharon Schaefer zooming up to the curb in her new red and white M-G. Sharon and her husband have been on a grand tour of the world since her oilwells began to pay off. Stop! Wait! Hold everything! Here comes the world reknown Carolyn Haworth. She has been over in Europe studying psychiatry. Just a minute! We have to talk to one of our old, old friends and a member of our old gang, Kay Broderick. Kay tells us that she and her husband, who is an admiral in the U. S. Navy, and their four children have been in Honolulu, Hawaii, for the past five years. For Kay's pastime, she works as a nurse in the military hospitals. Kay tells us that she received a telegram from Jeanne Bourret saying that it was absolutely impossible for her to attend the reunion. Jeanne and her husband have been very busy keeping track of the Mt. Everest Rangers, for she is the big boss on Everest. As we walk down the corridor, we see awoman with diamonds on every finger. It is the former Twink Coffee and her husband. They went exploring and stumbled upon the great King Solomon's Mines, since then they have moved out of their cave into a mansion. They were really living in the poorhouse until they found the mines. Now we see Darold Abel and his wife, the former Bonny Sykora. Darold says that he and his wife are living in England while he is writing a book called the FINANCIAL STATUS OF THE AFRICAN PYGMIES. Now the sun is setting, bringing a close to the end of a wonderful day, one of which we will never forget.
