Princess Princess Da wn Lin da Princess Nina Princess Princess I Sf Sheffy Zratball Siena Hour! The night is November 9th, 1963. Following S, V, 's newly selected Don, Greg Quintanilla, who had entered the arena astride a white palamino horse, our six candidates for Football Queen paraded in chauffer-driven convertibles. They carried bouquets of football mums and threw sprays of button mums to eager, shouting spectators. Wearing tailored suits of red, blue, black and green, they were escorted from the cars to their seats on the platform by the Don. These popular and lovely contestants were chosen by our Varsity Football Team, to reign over our last home game. Later the entire A, S, B, voted for the girl they wanted as Sierra Vista 's first, Foot- ball Queen. The day is December 6th, 1963. The music is playing, and each girl, after being escorted to her place before the A, S, B, , sits quietly, wondering, waiting anxiously. . . the music lowers the students tense. . . slowly the Don announces. . . our queen, a girl who sparkles in Pep Club, GAA and all 'round campus. . .
