GENE BREAM A.S.B. President To Sierra ' s Student Body, Speaking for the Cabinet and our entire student government, I thank you for letting us serve Sierra. It has been a rev arding experience for all of us and one that we shall always remember. The Cabinet has not always agreed on topics of discussion, nor has the student body always agreed with its student government. Certainly this is as it should be. In order for a democracy to flourish, its members must constantly be concerned and active in its government. I am proud to say that I have repre- sented a school that is concerned about its government and has spoken out for what it believes. Our offices have been trying ones at times, but we have attempted to stand up for what we thought was best for the entire student body. Often times this has conflicted with the desires of individuals. But this is the way a democracy must function. I wish next year ' s Cabinet the very best and hope they are granted insight into the core of the problems they may face. J%lCi3A£i LEWIS JONES Vice President SALLY WILLIAMS Secretary ' om 24
