The Kung Dale Buehrer and Queen Phyllus Refuor shown after they had been crowned at the Cotulluon Smulung wuth a great deal of Chrust mas spurut are the candudates for Cotul luon Kung and Queen They are Wayne Gausman Dale Buehrer Phyllus Refuor Wayne Wullard Bob Rogers and Eu gene Darnstaedt 1 Wayne Wullard places the crown on Phyllus Refuor Dale Buehrer patuently wauts for hus THE SENIOR CHRISTMAS COTILLION As the Chrustmas season approached the Senuors were already un the mudst of plannung for theur Cotulluon The decora tuon commuttee was one of the furst to start plannung next came the advertus ung whuch went unto full swung as soon as ut was named Then the tuckets were dus trubuted among the senuor boys who sold to the student body As the great nught arruved everyone was un hus best the gurls un theur lovely formals wuth theur corsages and the boys un theur best suuts and theur snappuest tues lProbabIy theur dads l The decoratuon commuttee dud a won derful uob for the room was lovely A large whute bell hung from the wure stretched from one basket to the other and colorful streamers went from thus bell to other wures stretched across the room At each basket there was a spray of pune wuth mustletoe unterwoven The lughts were low and mellow and the at mosphere was just rught At each end of the stage was a large Chrustmas tree whuch the senuors had purchased whuch were decorated wuth the school s mater ua s About halfway through the dance the Senuor Governor announced for all the candudates for kung and queen to corne to the stage Havung accomplushed thus he told Phyllus Refuor and Dale Buehrer to go to the throne where he crowned them and handed them each a QI t Upon leavung everyone thanked the sponsors Muss Nuelson Mr Coon and Mr Shuman Also resent among the sponsors were some of the parents Mr and Mrs Edward Fonda and Mr and Mrs O D Wullard Everyone duspersed and some lvery fewl went straught home . . . . . .
