'Ulm ' jwbmj' November l6 was the date of the Iunior Class Play, 'lThe Sunshine Twins, under the direction of Mr. Carl Crouse. By commissioning themselves as spreaders of sunshine and good will, the 12-year-old twins, Gabby and Connie fRichard Gideon and Teresa Rllmanl, made life actually miserable for their cranky father, Wayne Willard, who made quite a spectacle by chasing around the house waving his crutches. Filter their father had lost his job and their brother, Rex Sample, and Vale Porter, sister Io Pierson's boy friend, Ronnie Ovenden, had been beaten by thugs, the mother, Phyllis Smith, was nearly frantic over their antics. Phyllis Relior acted as prompter and Katie Hazlewood, as business manager Stage Man- ager Ron Ovenden, on short notice, took over Wilmer Brauers role.
