Sophomores Find Time Recitations in language classes are milestones in the lives of all sophomores whether the class is Caesar. for Fun, Plus Studies Between enjoying the fact that they no longer are the newest and greenest class in school and longing for the time when they will be upperclass- men, the sophomores both study and play with 21 vim. The vocational theme which is a part of sopho- more English makes them think of their future, and the vocational conference held in the spring gives them a chance to hear speakers from two of their possible fields. The Kuder Preference Test, too, is a means of aiding them. Although the sophomore year sometimes is con- sidered the one of least activity during the four in school, it is the time when most students drop their freshman habits and prepare for the respon- sibilities of their junior and senior years when they become school leaders. Traditionally the sophomore year is growing-up time. Charlotte Arrnstrong and Sandy Darts are struck' by the overload of homezrork which constitutes an extra high stack of books. as it is with Nan Winn. Spanish, French. German, or Hebron: 20 i
