The past year at 34th and Meridian has seen many of these changes. The new look was seen in the addition of a new faculty parking lot. in the renovation of classrooms with plaster and paint, and in the gift of 5,000 records which helped our new FM station to get started. hx. bl.-, .Lift ' Band salutes U.S.A. with entertaining half-time program. student body is most grateful to the PTA and to the school for securing a new, fine organ, and to the Dads' Club and- Alumni Association for their active support and promotion of lights and new bleachers on the athletic field. While the school has seen these improvements in the past year, the students have made changes twhether they are improvements remains to be seenb in promoting fads of leather jackets, knee socks, bermuda shorts, pony tails and capejios for the girls, and for the boys, Hollywood burrs and dirty white bucks. This, however, is only a glimpse into the busy life at 34th and Meridian. For a more complete picture, 1et's look at the students as they worked with teachers, participated in activities, prepared for graduation, took part in sports, and just had fun!
