FHA— Toward New Horizons F. H. A. officers this year were: President, Ginger Smith; Vice President, Sue Spurrier; Secretary, Mary Newcomer; Treasurer, Margie Gorzalka; Historian, Deanna Patz; parliamentarian, Matha Inman; Reporter, Beverly Byrtus. In October the F. H. A. had its initiation. November brought a pot-luck dinner and in December the club went Christmas caroling. Also in December F. H. A. had a project of helping a needy family. A pot-luck dinner with Future Nurses was held this spring to end the year. TOP LEFT: Bake sale sponsored by FHA looks like a big success. FNC Travels To Billings The FNC officers this year are President Jean Wilkes, (upper right); Vice-President Lorna Nilluka, Secretary Bonnie Cantonwine, and Treasurer Ginger Smith. Some activities of the club included; a November trip to Billings to attend Your Debut to a Nursing Preview, and trips to the Veteran's Administration. Every Saturday members take the hospital cart around to patients at the Memorial Hospital. In the upper left picture, Lorna Nilluka and Lou Prazma enjoy helping with the hospital cart. Mrs. Carbone is shown in the bottom picture as a guest speaker for one of the meetings.
