Art Club Silk-Screens Cards Art Club was active inside and outside the art room this year. Its members traveled on three worth-while journeys including two sketching trips to the mountains and one art trip to Billings. Montana. The mountain trips contributed to the better understanding of nature as uninterrupted beauty, while the latter helped the students learn the methods of the more advanced artist. The club also put much work into its projects for obtaining money, particularly in the making of Christmas cards and pin-up pictures. The officers, President Toby Birr, Vice-President Jack Livingston, Treasurer Cindy Plott, and Secretary Elizabeth Ludecke, brought the club together as regularly as possible to decide on the events of the year. Mr. Michelena and Mr. Termes, sponsors, are quite proud of the achievement Art Club has accomplished in benefiting both itself and its school. Ceramic sculpture by Connie Robinson.
