A. began its year's work by electing the following Sharon Thomas Joyce Speakman Marlene Driessens Joann Kaufman Jo Ann Van De Keere Arleta Peterson Martha Nutter Mary Johnson and Verleigh Cunningham On Monday, October 6, several of the girls attended a District F. H. A. Meeting at Princeton. In October the F. H. A. sponsored a Clean-Up Day, when the girls went around town to different homes and did odd jobs such as baby sitting, washing windows, raking leaves, and painting, thus eaming money for the F. H. A . treasury. 'The F. H. A. girls prepared a supper under Mrs. Peterson's direction, which they served their parents in the school gymnasium Monday evening, November 3. Following the meal, group singing and a social time were held. The F. H. A. sponsor was Mrs. Laura Peterson, and the Chapter Mother was Mrs. Mary Etta Host.
