Our government lwe ourselvesl allows us to pur- sue happiness, its capture is not guaranteed. We must not rest on the laurels of the past alone, An able, watchful and forward-looking body of citizens is vital to this way of life. Of course it is easier to be followers, but we most need good leaders.
