Some of us remember with gratitude the scholarship examinations which he gave us. Others recall the college recommendations which he wrote for us. Many recollect the job interviews and vocational conferences which he arranged. His friendly and understanding manner has made all of us feel he is a sincere friend of ours. For no other young people in this world have been so fortunate by birth or by culture. None have had the opportunities that you have had. Consequently no other young people in this world will have to face the challenges that you must! And the responsibilities will. not just be personal ones, for the challenge to our Way of life will be at times almost overwhelming. You are our best hope for a sane and decent world to come.
