z4w,4 b Www f -. LETTERMAN'S CLUB As a reward for many hours of hard work and effort, the athletes of Shannon High School are given the honor of joining the school's Letterman's Club. Anyone who has earned a school letter is eligible. fs 1 - ,,: I sigsgbm A The officers for this year were Larry Lessman--President, Tom Y Y' .' r w X , t I X3 N , . . . Bishop--Vice President, and liarry Meier--Secretary-Treasurer. The club 's money making projects were raking the village park, selling of Shannon Eagle decals, two concession stands at the PTA carnival, and the faculty-letterman basketball game. It was an eventfull year for the lettermen. In February, they attended a double-header college basketball game in the Chicago Stadium, twice they went swimming at the Freeport YMCA, and sent four members to the State basketball tournament at Champaign.
