On probably the biggest night of their young lives, the kindergarteners of SMCS MADE IT! Run, run as fast as you can: you can't catch me - l'm the Ginger- bread Man! Thursday, May 25 was the graduation for more than forty kindergarteners. Some were excit- ed while some were scared to death. Farley Moore played the lead role as the Gingerbread Man in the graduation production. Each and every kindergartener played a special part in the play. Some ofthe children sang songs while others told about special times of the year and things they had learned throughout the year. Claiborne Larkin played one of the leading roles. When she was asked whether or not she was scared, she replied, No way! My mommy told me that l shouldn't be scared, so l wasn't. However, she said that she was sad because, I wanted to stay with Mrs. Nickerson. No matter whether the graduates were scared, happy, or sad, one thing was for sure -- all of the par- ents were proud of their chiidren and were happy that they had made it into first grade. Chris Daniel Patrick Wiggins happily accepts his diploma from Dr. Sharon Berry. V hi IN as H 3 is 1'- 5 Claiborne Larkin and Evan Denbo leadi- song. 'iKids Count To Jesusl 'T
