V 3 S if - S A 'T 13' A closer look at hot spots M and 'i AN ID SHOTS Things really clicked into place this year for the pho- tography club. The first thing they did was watch a movie about the functions of a camera. Compared to that. the second meeting was a party. From burnt micro- wave popcorn to ice fights. the club seemed to be turn- ing out okay after all. The big highlight though was the trip to the zoo. The club left for lvlcDonald's right after fourth period. When they got to McDonald's they were told that they only had ten to fifteen min- utes to eat. After taking the wrong street to get to the zoo, and making a U-turn, they finally got there. They divided into groups of two or three, by their own choice, and headed off in different directions. All of the club members were caught off guard at one time or an- other by Mr. Canevero jumping out of odd places to get candid shots. They took other trips, but after the zoo, they weren't quite as eventful. Southside was a change from the school's atmosphere: the women wore pants, and the men had long hair. The club sponser, Mr. Can- evero, said the club mem- bers, 't , . . were a lot of fun. and it was interesting going places with them. For the new members of the club, this year was a riot, and for the oicl members, the new additions were a change of pace' Tiffany Smith .ss -:'hk. ll!uuuu,.,,,,, Q i:- A . -sumo si While on the Southside, freshman Tiffany Smith gets a shot of a gold Porsche.
