H0 ECOMING 198 Gotcha Big BOY I just can't believe this! Homecoming Court B ' r We Flappers, hoboes, Fonzies, space cadets . . . This week of Homecom- ing 1985 saw SMCS invaded by a horde of strange beings from the past and crazy future. After a week of rolling over each other, stuffing their faces with gross concoctionsg and generally sacrificing their dig- nity in the name of class pride, the Eagles were ready for the calming effect of a victory in their first homecoming game. The intended victim: Triana Village. Alas, the 44- 42 loss was anything but soothing. Ah, but nothing soothes the bog- gled mind like a beautiful lady, and the 1985 Homecoming Court was just the medicine the Eagles need- ed. I just can't believe this! Amy Tucker cried, as she was crowned as SMCS's first Homecoming Queen. Seniors iifl 'x
