The following year, witty Keith, better known as Pistol, Schoening from Cody, Wyoming and all-star Ray Norris from Fairbanks showed up. As they pro- gressed to the fifth grade, Mary Worcester from Glennallen and Mike Hibbetts from Ketchikan were warmly welcomed into this growing class. Then came seventh grade, and at this time Lynn Thome, who had left Seward during sixth grade, decided to retLu'n from Whittier. As itty-bitty Freshmen, they gained in number by four: Clay Stephens from Kenai, Elyse Taylor and Dan Smith from Cooper Landing, and Bill Elge from Hepron, Illinois. After this came the silly Sophomores: Bobbie Swartz from Ketchikan, Joan Zimmerman from Shannon, Illinois, and Kelly Sherwood from Anchorage. For the grand finale, in marched Locy Brown from Anchorage, Mike and Ronnie Bagron from Juneau, Tracy Leer from Patigonia, Arizona, and Steve Goodwin, falias Esteban of Portage j, from Boston, Massachusetts.
