12 Year Senior Picture wa. rr Q-wif 'W KW 8 In September , 1951 , a first grade class began a long career in The Big School, This class con- sisted mainly of Holly Allen, Lloyd Blatchford, John Dec , Gene Dunham, Harold Faust, Cindy Gentles, Tom Gillespie, Rocky Goodwill, Arne Hatch, Debra Jones, Pam Kulin, Richard Lucason, Linda fKnudsony Mooter, Sharron and Sherrel Munson, Sigrun Novak, Jayne Ravnik, Catherine Richardson, Laura Skinner, Frances Smith, Susie Trevethan, Robin Urbach, and Linda Weaver. With but a few exceptions who attended schools elsewhere , these students remained to become 12 year seniors , Second grade brought Tom Blatchford from Nome. Third grade and fourth grade our number in- creased by two with the arrival of Eddie and Marie Johnson from Tacoma, Washington. Judi fBlatchfordj Ledet came during our fifth year from Sitka, Alaskag Jeanine Pullar came during the same year from Bellingham, Washington. Karen Uonesy Pollard came to us from Anchorage, Alaska the following year . Jtme Anderson arrived in eighth grade from Chignik Lagoon, Alaska. High School brought several changes as well as new faces in the form of Jeff Austin from Hope, Ron Baldwin from Moose Pass , Bryan Clarke from Victoria B,C, , Leslie Merritt from Crown Point, and Sharie Wingo from Brawley, California. In our sophomore year, Joyce Audette came from Fairhaven, Massachusetts, and Mike Thompson came from Sitka. The final additions of the class of 71 came in our junior yearg these were Steve Ervine from Toledo, Ohio, and Fred Downs from Anderson, Alaska .
