The annual staff worked on the annual while our newspaper staff produced The Peace Pipe. They have done an excellent job! They learned how to pick out clothes that fit their character, how to put on stage makeup, and even had the exper- ience to put on two musicals: You ' re a Good Man Charlie Brown and a Broadway Musical Revue, with the help of the choir classes. J H . - L_ ap. —  : i 32 Activities .a - I ,1 t ■ i scare it Randy Mantei, of R A Productions, was one of the DJ ' s at the Halloween Dance, 34 Activities Halloween at Serrano meant a day of fun for every- one. The students wore their costumes to school and after school there was a dance in the Great Hall. Kim Britt at her best! 36 Groups 1 □ Christmas at Serrano was a fun time for every- one. Student Government sold candy canes and Santa Claus (Earl Plante), and his elfs, (Tracy Gann) (and Shelby Presley), visited the classes with mini candy canes. On December 19, Ser- ranos, Christmas Dance took place in the Great Hall. Activitie s 37 Cameron Mile; Jackie Powers 38 Activities For Valentines this year, candy hearts were sold, carnations were distributed, and a Valentines dance was held on February 11. About 300 students attended this dance and for the first time, Serrano had a tie for king and queen. iiwtiiitiiii Activities 39 40 Activities This years skating parties put on by student gov- ernment were fabulous.
