A very good essax is lk X KENNETH CHEYNEY, who left us for St. Edwards School, Oxford, Eng., last year, received a double remove in his Form and Maths set, coming iirst in the latter. He is doing verv well in games, particularly in Squash and Swimming. He also boxed for his House. Flemingl, describing their impressions of an European tour which included the Olympic Games at Berlin in l936. Pk 42 41 lan lNlcCuaig won the Finnegan Ski-ing Cup at Wiengen, Switzerland during the Xmas holidays. The Cup is for boys under 13. There is a downhill race and a Slalom, the combined results counting for the Cup. Ian won both events, a particularly meritorious performance, as all the other competitors had been over the course previously, except he. Pk wk FF To Alec. Scrimger and his family we extend our heartfelt sympathy on the loss they have sustained in the death of Dr. lf..-LC. Scrimger, V.C., which took place suddenly in February last. Dr. Scrimger was one of Canada's outstanding surgeons, with a mag- nificent record in both peace and war. 41 34 34 Contributions to this issue from members of the School have been particularly gratifying, and we wish to thank all those boys who have taken such an interest.
