Morris Command Master Chief Master Chief Morris enlisted in the Navy August I7, 1959 and went through Recruit Training in San Diego, California followed by Radarman A School, 'l'rea- sure Island, California. Ile reported to his first sea command in March ISRHSU on board USS BRISTER QDER-3271 home ported on Guam, Mariana Islands. Upon conclusion of his tour on BRIST- ER he spent two years on board USS PAR- SONS KDD-949J in San Diego, Cilalilornia. He left the Navy in August llltifl and re-en- listed February 22, ISHB7. Upon return to aetive duty he was as- signed duty aboard USS DESOTO COUN- TY tLST-ll7ll at l.ittle Creek, Virginia and has sinee served aboard USS FORRESTAL CCV-59l. USS RICHMOND K. TURNER ICG-201, and two tours ashore at XIUII' len, Charleston, South Cfarolina. In lllbll alter attending Radarnian II Sehool and various Iflettronic' C Schools he was designated a Radarnian Iflertroniu and subsetpientlx' an Ifleetronies Warfare leehnieian when the rate was estabhshed in 1971. Nlaster Chief Nlorris reported aboard SELLERSxluue l. 1986 as Coinmand Nlastei Chief. lhroughout his career he has been strongh supported by ltis wile Genea and their sons Daxid, l'n'xau. and Nlieliael.
