lider swung the doors of S R H S in September 1950, to let five Jolly JUDIOFS take their places among the br11liant students of our school The five are Lavern Bolllg, Albert Goscha, Delores Korte, Leona Koerperich, and June Simonson We were overjoyed when Lavern Bollig had his fill of 'park1ng' and came back to us safe and sound Officers this year are Delores Korte Presldent, Albert Goscha Vice president, Leona KoerperichPSecretary, June Simonson Treasurer, and Lavern Bolllg Reporter lr Fox is our sponsor fhe first highlight of thls year was November 13, 1950 when we presented the three act play 'Aaron Slick from Punk1n Crick', with our entire class and also Betty Rome and V1rgi1 Koerperich in the coached the play Great calling cards for three basketball games and some of the P T A meetings were when we Junlors served re freshments We sponsored a 'Home Talent Show' that was enjoyed by a large crowd The theme 'Garden of Friendship' was beautifully carried out when we honored the Seniors w1th their Banquet on April 28, 1951 Ie all took part agaln in 'stunt night W we were happy to attend the Baccalaureate and Commencement, with the Seniors of 1951 Thus comes the happy close of the Junior's for 1951 RFVELATION We make ourselves a place apart Behind light words that tease and flout But oh! the agitated heart T111 someone find us really out 'Tis plty if the case require Cor so we sayj that 1n the end We speak the literal to inspire The understandlng of a friend But so w1th all, from bab1es that play At hide and seek to God afar, So all who hide too well away lust speak and tell us where they are. cast. lr.
