First Division is not only a training division it is also a main support division. Cleaning, preservation, UNREPS, Sea and Anchor detail, 3-M and Damage Control are some of the many jobs performed by the personnel. Without this division other divisions would suffer. Not only do Seaman learn the basics of seamanship they also learn equality, military skills, and leadership and personal skills. With any given division, personnel are made into better sailors, but First Division's record is unsurpassable. 14 CREW
