Keith Stewart 1 Boys' State Alice Niccum Margaret DeBacker Girls' State 5 H Juvenile Advisory Board The American Legion Auxiliary sponsors a GIRLS' STATE each year at the Kansas University at Lawrence. The girls operate a miniature government resembling that of the State of Kansas. The BOYS' STATE, like the Girls' State, operates a miniature government. It also is snonsored by the American Legion. Boys' State meets at Wichita, A JUVLNILL ADVISORY BOARD was organized two years ago by Judge Stumbo. Cases are brought before this board and they give advice as to how the cases are to be handled. Senior boys from various high schools are invited each year to be guests of the ROTARY for a month. This hon- or is given to outstanding seniors.
