Aaron Chazanoff, Carol McFall, Albert Pannunzio. 3000 A. D. tBased on a Newspaper Clippingi By Betty Ausnehemer According to statistics the male sex of the human race is gradually de- creasing in strength and the female sex is increasing. At the present rate of change by 3000 AD. women will be doing the things and holding the positions that men do and hold in the present day. ln 3000 AD. it will not be unusual for a woman to be the president of a nation. The Queen instead of the King will hold the political reins of an empire. It will be the women that join the armies and navies to protect their homes and families. The men will have to stay at home and do the dishes and take care of the baby. One thousand fifty-nine years from today it will no longer be the boy's privilege to ask for a date. The females will claim this right. On a date the girl will open the doors, help the boy With his coat, and follow the boy into the bus or seat. She will also be the one that dishes out the money for the good times. Leap year will not give the girls the privilege to pop the question- instead the boys will have their turn. It will be the usual thing for the girl to pop the question. So Boys, you better make hay while the sun shines on your side of the fence. Forty-eight
