JV BASEBALL The success of the Junior Varsity Saints will be deter- mined by desire and hustle. We have many outstanding prospects who have not been tested by high school com- petition. Tony Chukes, Kevin Mulheam, and Ken Jobe should provide one of the top mound staffs in the league. The keystone combo of Brian Anderson and Paul Yohanon will be very solid defensively. Short stop Brian Anderson provided the offensive punch with a key 2-run double. The 1975 Saints, horsehiders, after a rain-hindered practice season, will go into the M.H.A.L. competition lacking needed experience. Excitement, hustle, enthu- siasm, and the willingness to learn, will be the trade mark of the Young Saints in 1975. Junior right-hander Kip Nelson leads a youthful mound staff, while juniors Joe Spicer and Cary Cardinale lead steady play and hustle to the infield. Sophomores Rich Ross and Paul Tumupseed lead the young outfield while adding speed and hitting to the Saint offense.
