Dorothy Stewart of San jose, California, U. S. A., stopped here on her trip through Scotland today. Miss Stewart is look- ing up her family tree, basing the investigation on facts obtained in her home town, Halifax, N. S. San Francisco, May 1, 1958--Helen Schnittspan, president of the Won'1en's National Confederation of Clubs, has just returned from a trip to Dallas, Texas, where she conferred with Scientist Clifford Wald, who is attempting to rid the United States of spineless cactus.
