MR. W. O. BRISCOE Our Principal The quiet manner of Mr. W. O. Briscoe, Principal of E.S.H., has made him a well-liked and well-respected individual. His methods of dealing with student and faculty problems each day are a credit to his recognition of self-rule as long as students conduct themselves in an adult pnanner. He relies on good judgment and a sense of fairness to help him keep peace and co-operation between teachers and students. The ability with which he handles his job makes it difficult to realize how big it is. 16
