Little Sir Echo Introduces Cur Administrators Our principal C. R. Chaney holds the position ot administrator at Sanger Union High School. This is his 3 Ist year ot watch- ing Sanger High grow and Little Sir Echo tells us that in each ot these years he has contributed in order to make Sanger High what it is today. Six ot these years were given to teaching here and the other 25 lvtr. Chaney has been the principal. Mr. Cha- ney carries out the exacting school business and keeps the school supplied with teach- ers, bus drivers, custodians, and materials to work with. Since he is very interested in young people, he spends much ot his time working on activities tor the youth ot San- ger High. Atter much consideration Mr. Chaney selected the new curtains tor the auditorium. The construction on the new -shop building was turthered. Mr. Chaney meets regularly with the board ot trustees and as the schools top otticial he sees that everything is in running condition and run- PRINCIPALeC. R. chewy axpisim his work to Little str Echo Ruby ning within the boundaries ot a limited bud- Pifli' 5. . . 4 lp get. Little Sir Echo calls out to Mr. Chaney and congratulates him on his work. Dean ot Girls Ellen Baxter and Vice-Principal Wayne Booth compare records. Miss Ellen Baxter and Mr. Wayne Booth are Sanger Union High School's vicefprincipals. They carry out their du- ties, keeping the machinery at Sanger High running smoothly. As vice-princi- pals, their main iobs include issuing ab- sence slips, make-up cards, and pass slips. they keep the attendance records, and Little Sir Echo reports that he can tind no mistakes. lvtr. Booth has been very helptul and active at the noon dances and many ot the parties. He was responsible tor the organization ot the Folk Dancing Club. Miss Baxter was es- pecially interested in Girls League active ities. Counseling took up much ot their time and they also assisted Mr. Chaney in his work. They both were advisers on the annual Scholarship trip to Redwood City in May. I 2
