ORACK MISS BECKVTITH Spring President Boys' Vice-President Yell Leader Adviser 1 C-,ll ulzslxvg L3 FALL Under the leadership ot a very capable president, the Sophomore Council held meetings in which methods for bettering the class were discussed. It was decided that a class paper would help the class relations. Under the editorship of Barbara Stoner the 52 was published every two weeks. The 52 was the name used last year for our trash paper. Our class was well represented on the Rambler football team while we proudly placed Pete Caughell on Varsity. We also had members on the basket- ball teams. We placed well on the Scholarship Society also. SPRING During the spring semester the sophomores published a weekly paper con- taining the news and important events ot the class. Many sophomores made major clubs, including six sophomore girls being taken into Ra Ravas and two into Les Couts. Under the leadership of President Conrad Putnam, a variety show was put on. displaying much sophomore talent. The girls also assisted in putting on a playday tor other schools.
