The other officers were: Delos Iones, boys' vice-presidenty Muriel Cunningham, girls' vice-president: Dick Reece, treasurerp Eldean Hazelton, secretaryp and Marion Dee, yell leader. The first meeting of the fall semester was called to discuss Senior class sweaters. Representatives of Albert's Department Store were present with sam- ples. Colors and costs were discussed. Afterwards a vote was taken and green sweaters were decided upon. The sweaters, which arrived a few weeks later, were the highlight of the fall semester. The officers did a fine job at representing the junior class in the school. SPRING The junior class started off the spring semester as customary by electing officers. Bill Hunt was the class' choice for president. In order to raise sufficient funds for the class' future activities, and with inten- tions of purchasing a memorial for Mr. Hill, the class sponsored a fun-night. This fun-night took place in both of the high schools' gyms and consisted of dancing, having a good time, and playing games such as ping pong, bingo, cards.and other games. The main activity undertaken by the junior class this year was, of course, the Iunior-Senior Prom. The plans for the prom were planned and carried out by the Iunior and Senior Standing Committees and were conducted under the auspices of the P.-T.A. It was and has always been a huge success. The junior class is greatly indebted to Miss Bolton, our adviser' for the splen- did job she has done in helping us to carry out our activities.
