Forward
In creating an Annual our first
thought is of you. The desire this year
is for something different and with a
light and musical air.
In music as well as in our life at San
Marino Hall there is harmony.
That is our most distinct reason for
choosing music as our theme.
We'lI Never Forget You
Mr. and lVlrs. Ralph A. Clark
Founders
ln l926 San Marino l-lall was founded by Mr.
and Mrs. Ralph A. Clark.
Their aims were to teach girls to develop their
own personalities, to achieve charm, and understand-
ing of lite.
Their understanding and sincerity have made
each one at us want to continue their dream. They
will never be forgotten in the hearts ot as all.

Dedication
This year the annual staff chose to dedicate the
Marinor to one at our finest teachers. She has done
so very much for us all in the classroom and in the
extracurricular activities as well. She is a truly fine
person, and through this dedication we hope to show
our deep appreciation to Mrs. Sayler.

ACTIVITIES
Thinking of You
This year's Annual Staff has been "Thinking of You." From September, when it was just a
dream, to May, when it went to press, we have been doing just that. When, at last, our green
and silver year books are ready tor the girls, we will realize our dreams. lt has been our aim to
reproduce the easy and informal life here at San Marino Hall, and hope you will enjoy the l953
MARINOR.
