C2l lt is the duty oi the Hall Guard to keep the halls quiet dur- ing class time. Mr. lrving Waugh, dean of boys, heads this organiza- tion. C35 The Leadership Class, con- sisting of elected and appointed officers of the school, handles the responsibility ot their offices and learns parliamentary procedure. C4l The members on the Rally Com- mittee have the responsibility of maintaining order at all school games and of assisting the yell leaders.
